To enroll at Novelfield Academy, submit:
1. Passport-Sized Photos
2 Copies of recent, color photographs of the student (standard passport size). These will be used for school ID, administrative records, and student profiles.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
An official copy of the student’s birth certificate to confirm age, identity, and eligibility for the applicable grade level.
3. Copy of Previous Academic Results
The most recent school report or transcript showing the student’s academic performance. This helps in class placement and academic evaluation
4. Copy of Parent/Guardian’s ID
A valid national ID or passport of the parent or legal guardian responsible for the student. This ensures authorized consent and communication.
5. Proof of Residence
A recent utility bill, lease agreement, or official document showing the family’s residential address. This verifies location for school records and correspondence.
